QOTD

"The number of stupid people in the world is growing exponentially" -Unknown

not actually day 3

I find that in college there is so much going on, you forget about anything that isn't important....So until this blog becomes super important to me, I am going to neglect it. I am sitting in State Govt. class right now, and I just received my first test back. I got an A so as "Justin" from Dodge ball would say I'm SUPER PSYCHED. But really I'm still depressed because school is so boring. Enough with the venting, its time to tell some stories. In English class the other day we were discussing an essay we read on how natural resources are actually infinite, now disregard your personal opinion on that matter because its not important. A girl walked in and said some people, "I read this but I don't know what the word 'finit' means" a few others said "yeah me either." A few seconds later someone chimed in and said, "do you mean finite?" the girl responded, "I guess, yeah?" This situation reminded me of a quote my dad says all the time....

Day 2

My second day at Blinn was last Thursday. It started with a bang when I made the split decision to drop Calculus. I did this because...well... it sucked, the teacher was awful, and I didn't understand a thing that was going on. So of course for me to drop a class and add a new one I spent the rest of the day dealing with the god awful Blinn system. I dropped my English class to switch the time and add a different class at that time but of course the one I wanted to add was full when it said it wasn't. Luckily I know people and I got it all sorted out by around 6 p.m. that evening. Which brings us to the lesson of the day, it's not what you know but WHO you know. On the bright side I did encounter one of the many colorful characters that attend Blinn while I was in the student center. He was infatuated with the giant flat screen behind me showing one of my mothers all time favorite channels, Lifetime.

Day 1

My first day at Blinn was Monday, August 29th. It started with my 7:45 calculus class (which has
been dropped due to it sucking) As I was patiently waiting the beginning of class, an interesting character happened to appear in the doorway. He was carrying his Razor Scooter (that he of course road to class) and he had a spiked backpack on (yes spiked). The first thing I thought was "man this guy is really comfortable with himself, props to him." But as I kept pondering I decided it was more of a "wow this guy doesn't know that I used to dream of having one of those scooters (in 3rd grade)."
                                                       Yours Truly,
weeeee!
Told you!
